Go-to-Market

We are going to market through two primary routes:

  1. Industry partnerships – working with employers in construction, manufacturing, and logistics to offer Steeev to their staff and contractors as part of their wellbeing and CSR programmes.

  2. Direct to consumer – using social media and local activations to reach men directly, including partnerships with pub chains for Mates’ Mondays and other engagement events.

Subscriptions drive early MRR, while CSR partnerships and affiliate promotions scale reach later with minimal customer acquisition cost.

Revenue Model

Primary revenue stream:

  • Direct subscriptions (target ARPPU £120, ARPNU £12)

Secondary revenue streams:

  • CSR partnerships

  • Third-party promotions and ads (average vCPM £8)

  • Affiliate offers (free subscriber £5, paid subscriber £9)
