These guidelines outline how to engage positively on Steeev while upholding our core values of inclusivity and respect. By using Steeev, you agree to follow these rules and contribute to a welcoming environment for all.

Inclusivity and Respect

Steeev is a community built on the principles of diversity and inclusion.

  • For Women: While Steeev focuses on helping men build friendships, we proudly recognise and value the contributions of women in every facet of life. We believe that the friendships made through Steeev will help men become better friends, partners, husbands, fathers, and sons, enhancing their relationships with women and their communities.
  • For the LGBTQ+ Community: Steeev celebrates diversity and welcomes anyone who identifies as a man, regardless of their birth sex. Our goal is to create a safe, empowering space where all users feel respected and valued.

To maintain these values, we enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any content or behaviour that promotes discrimination, hate, or exclusion.

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

To protect the community, Steeev does not allow:

Illegal Activities

  • Promoting hate groups or terrorist organisations.
  • Sharing child sexual abuse material or sexually explicit content involving minors.
  • Engaging in or facilitating human trafficking or exploitation.
  • Trading illegal goods or substances.
  • Hacking or accessing unauthorised systems.
  • Stealing or sharing personal information without consent.

Harmful Content

  • Harassment or abuse based on identity, beliefs, or personal characteristics.
  • Threats of violence or content glorifying harm to people, groups, or animals.
  • Encouraging self-harm or suicide.
  • Sharing explicit violence, gore, or sexual content.

Misleading or Disruptive Behaviour

  • Spreading misinformation about elections or public safety.
  • Impersonating others in a misleading or harmful way.
  • Circumventing moderation actions (e.g., creating new accounts to bypass bans).
  • Spamming, phishing, or otherwise disrupting the experience of others.

Sexual or Pornographic Content

  • Sharing explicit or pornographic material of any kind.
  • Political Content 
  • Steeev has taken an apolitical stance.
  • We realise that there are strong views held right across the political spectrum, and we believe everybody has a right to their view. However, Steeev is not the place to recruit others to your political cause.
  • We reserve the right to remove meets in direct or indirect support of political parties or political causes. Steeev’s team will have the final say on stays on the platform. Users continuing to post such content or attempting to get round the rules will be suspended and/or removed from that platform. 

Engaging Respectfully

Steeev is a place where kindness and understanding thrive. To create this environment:

  • Interact respectfully with all users, honouring their identities, beliefs, and boundaries.
  • Avoid discriminatory language or behaviour, including hate speech targeting race, gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation.
  • Focus on building positive connections and contributing to a supportive atmosphere.

Moderation and Reporting

We rely on the Steeev community to help uphold these guidelines. If you encounter content or behaviour that violates our rules:

  1. Report it: Use the in-app reporting feature or feedback form to let us know.
  2. Provide Details: Include screenshots, links, or context to help our team investigate effectively.

Our Process

  • We will review all reports against these guidelines.
  • If a violation is confirmed, we may take actions such as warning the user, restricting account features, or permanently banning the account.
  • If the issue involves external conduct, please provide relevant evidence for our consideration.

Updates and Transparency

Steeev’s guidelines will evolve as we grow. By using Steeev, you agree to check this page periodically for updates. Significant changes will be communicated to users.
